Start Single Petition Divorce Procedure In Malaysia
Looking to start single petition divorce procedure in Malaysia?
To start a single petition, you are firstly required to attend 3 sessions of marriage counselling with the Marriage Tribunal under the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN)/National Registration Department of Malaysia (NRD).

- Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate of Children (If any)
- Property title or Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) of marital property (Send us the page with property address and title are sufficient) (If any)
- Certificate issued by JPN/NRD certifying that the marriage cannot be reconciled (also known as JPN. KC 29). In some cases, JPN. KC 28 will be issued if either/both parties failed to attend the sessions.
