To start a single petition, you are firstly required to attend 3 sessions of marriage counselling with the Marriage Tribunal under the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN)/National Registration Department of Malaysia (NRD).

  1. Marriage Certificate
  2. Birth Certificate of Children (If any)
  3. Property title or Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) of marital property (Send us the page with property address and title are sufficient) (If any)
  4. Certificate issued by JPN/NRD certifying that the marriage cannot be reconciled (also known as JPN. KC 29). In some cases, JPN. KC 28 will be issued if either/both parties failed to attend the sessions.
